At 30:17 Recovery, we know that no one sets out to become dependent on opioids. For many, it can start with a prescription after surgery or an injury—pain medication that seemed necessary at the time. But over time, the line between pain relief and opioid dependence can blur. Whatever your story may be, you’re not alone—and you’re not beyond hope.
We know our clients by name. We know our clients’ stories. We know our clients’ struggles. We celebrate our clients’ successes. You will be greeted with a smile, and conversations are welcomed.
If you need prayer, grab one of us and we will pray with you. Recovery is a journey, and we would love to help you navigate through it.
Suboxone is a medication that helps reduce opioid cravings and withdrawal symptoms—without causing the euphoric high of other opioids. It gives your brain the stability it needs to begin healing, so you can focus on what really matters: rebuilding your life.
Medically-Assisted Treatment (MAT) with Suboxone is a powerful tool in opioid recovery. It allows your body to function normally again while reducing the risk of relapse. At 30:17 Recovery, we tailor each treatment plan to your unique needs, and we monitor your progress closely to ensure your safety and comfort throughout the process.
Counseling is a key part of our recovery process. It’s just as important as medically-assisted treatment. Addiction is deeply personal, emotional, and spiritual – which is why you need the support of real-life people.
We help you unpack current challenges and past traumas that may lead to continued addiction. We aren’t here to judge. Instead, we are here to listen and guide you toward a truer sense of self.
As you reclaim your story, you’ll discover a clearer path toward the life you want to live.
Opioid addiction has deep roots in American healthcare. In the late 1990s, pharmaceutical companies assured doctors that opioids like OxyContin weren’t addictive. What followed was a wave of overprescribing that led millions into addiction—through no fault of their own. By the 2010s, as access to prescription opioids became restricted, many turned to street drugs like heroin and fentanyl.
This crisis is ongoing, but recovery is possible. Tennessee, in particular rural West Tennessee, has been hit particularly hard. Every life reclaimed from opioid addiction is a powerful act of healing—for the individual, the family, and the community.

Suboxone does contain buprenorphine, a partial opioid agonist, which means it acts on the same receptors in the brain—but in a much safer, controlled way. While it can be habit-forming if misused, when taken as prescribed and under medical supervision, it is a vital and safe part of recovery.
Possible side effects may include:
Our care team at 30:17 Recovery keeps a close eye on each patient to manage side effects and adjust treatment as needed. You’re never just a number here. You’re known, supported, and cared for every step of the way.
Take the First Step—Start With This Checklist:
If you answered yes to two or more, it may be time to seek help—and we’re here for you. Call Melissa today to schedule an assessment 731-215-0449.
1. Initial Consultation & Evaluation (Induction Phase)
Your recovery begins with a private consultation where we take the time to understand your full history—what types of opioids you’ve used, how long you’ve been using them, any past attempts at quitting, and your overall physical and mental health. This allows us to create a treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs, ensuring the most effective and compassionate path forward.
Your provider will explain how Suboxone is taken under the tongue (sublingually) and comes in two forms: a film that dissolves quickly or a tablet that may be better suited for some people. We base this decision on many factors.
During the Induction Phase, your care coordinator will reach out to you periodically to answer any questions you may have.
2. Stabilization Phase
Once Suboxone has been introduced, you’ll enter the stabilization phase, where you take the medication consistently each day. This helps reduce cravings, ease withdrawal symptoms, and bring stability back to your brain and body. Most patients start to feel
clearer and more balanced within days or weeks, and we stay in close contact to fine-tune your dosage and support your progress.
During this phase, you will have weekly appointments scheduled to oversee your progress, both physically and mentally, on the medication. The stabilization phase generally lasts 4-6 weeks, depending on how you are progressing.
3. Maintenance Phase
After finding the right dose, you’ll move into the maintenance phase, which may last several months or longer. Suboxone continues to keep symptoms and cravings under control while you focus on rebuilding your life.
You’ll have ongoing medical oversight, with regular check-ins, and we strongly recommend combining treatment with counseling or behavioral therapy for even stronger outcomes. 30:17 Recovery provides in-house counseling for our clients.
4. Tapering (If and When You’re Ready)
When you’re stable and confident in your recovery, you may choose to taper off Suboxone. Some patients stay on maintenance long-term, while others gradually reduce their dose under medical guidance. If you decide to taper, we’ll help you do it in a safe, structured way to minimize discomfort and protect your progress.
Our clinic is currently accepting Bluecare, Wellpoint, BCBS, United Healthcare, and Cigna Insurances. This is subject to change. It is important to understand the insurance process regarding claim payments and patient responsibility. Please call to discuss your individual insurance plan.
If you do not have insurance or if insurance won’t cover recovery services, then self-pay is available. Our self-pay clients will spend $150 per month, which includes counseling.
